Leatrice Kitchell
Business Operations Manager
Leatrice Kitchell is the Business Operations Manager for Clark Law Offices. Ms. Kitchell previously worked as the Support Services Manager at the law firm of Gallagher and Kennedy for more than 10 years and has worked in the legal field for over 25 years. Her prior work experience includes managing an architectural firm.
Leatrice received her Legal Secretary Certification at Maricopa Technical Community College and attended the University of Phoenix for her B.S. in Business Administration.
Leatrice is a current member of Business Network International (BNI) and maintains her Chapter's library for the members to utilize. Leatrice is a Board Member for K2 Adventure Foundation that collaborates with organizations serving children with special needs and also serves on the Parent Advisory Board for SARRC (Southwest Autism Resource and Research Center). Leatrice's service to charitable and non-profit organizations includes serving as Co-Chair of Dinner on the Desert, Committee Chairperson for the Desert Mission Food Bank Annual Drive, committee member for United Way Fundraisers, and Committee Chairperson for Bring Your Child to Work Day.Leatrice is also an avid hiker who reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the summer of 2008.
Nikki Meyer
Legal Assistant/Case Coordinator
Nikki Meyer graduated from Owens Community College with an Associate of Business Degree in Management. With five years of experience as a legal assistant at Clark Law Offices, Nikki is skilled at customer relations and always goes the extra mile to assist clients where she can. Nikki is an invaluable member of the Clark Law Offices team. She is enthusiastic about all aspects of law and eager to assist the firm's clients in navigating smoothly through their legal matters. In addition to bankruptcy, she is knowledgeable in the fields of debt settlement, estate planning, business formation, personal injury, family law, and litigation.
Paulina Poniatowski
Legal Assistant/Case Coordinator
Paulina received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Associates in Applied Science, Paralegal Studies from Phoenix Community College.
Paulina has several years of professional experience progressing from an administrative position to paralegal position in the legal field with over two years in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy law. Prior to joining Clark Law Offices, Paulina worked with a small Scottsdale-based boutique law firm focusing on bankruptcy and immigration law. Paulina is a member of NALS of Phoenix and MCBA Paralegal Division.
Paulina is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Paulina provides pro-bono services as the Operations Manager for People at their Peak, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to helping hikers and hiking groups raise money for the charities of their choice. She is also the webmaster for two hiking websites.
